@@l5kywa1kermemes28 the Cowboys stadium has a listed capacity of 80,000 though it can be expanded to 105,000 for things like the Super Bowl. Yes, they had 105,000 for their first game too.
Let’s not forget that FedEx Field at one point had a capacity of 91,000 but now it holds only 67,000.

Number 3 the “Michigan stadium” is actually called the big house. It has a recommended capacity of 107,000 people. But it doesn’t have seats it has benches. So it’s gone as high as 115,000

Stanford University had a 100,000+ stadium that hosted a Super Bowl in 1985 but remodeled it to a much smaller capacity due to lack of demand.
Stadium Australia shows as 82,500 but is actually 83,500, but doesn't change it's current rankings.
However, during the 2000 summer Olympics, it had 115,000 capacity when the record Olympic attendance figures of 114,714 was set during the closing ceremony.
It too, was also remodelled after the Olympics to it's current configuration.
The most impressive thing to me about the top United States stadiums is that they are generally all in small college cities of less than 250,000 people, which shows just how popular college football is to be able to fill a 100,000 seat stadium.
For instance , the entire population of Ann Arbor Michigan is only 121,000, but the big house sells out every home game by drawing people from hundreds of miles away.

I am sorry to bust your bubbles but the largest stadium in world is since 1934 and thats Strahov stadium in Prague Czech Republic. It has the capacity of 250 000. Seats only 56k but still it can hold about quater million of people and to this day it holds the record of being the largest stadium.

Ohio Stadium is the world's largest "open-ended" stadium, though the south stands are permanent since 2000. And I the record attendance is 110,000 counting standing room only tickets.
Although you did not include AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys) because their standard capacity of 80,000 falls just shy of making it in the Top 30, when they are permitted to sell standing room tickets for special events like the Super Bowl, they have been able to hold 105,000 fans.

Depends on how seating capacity is determined. When built it had capacity for 150,000. Then they went from benches to individual seats (for at least part of the stadium) which now gives it capacity of 114,000.
It can still be reconfigured to accommodate 150,000, but since that’s not how it is typically configured I would say using 150,000 capacity is incorrect.
They once got 165,000 people in that North Korea stadium for a wrestling event called Collision in Korea ((Night 2 did 165K, Night 1 Did 150K). I'm thinking it really is the biggest

Really? Just because it has cars racing around in it and not people on foot? It still has a sport being played in it and vast spectator seating. What else does it take to make it a sports stadium?
A stadium is quite a bit different to kilometres/miles long race circuit. Can’t compare the two as a stadium has all spectators in a confined space while a race circuit is a much larger space and spread out over a rather large distance.

India's population is also no.1 in the world. Narendra Modi stadium is large, no doubt. But Ahmedabad has a population very close to London's population. London itself has over 20 large stadiums and many other smaller ones. How many stadiums are there in Ahmedabad? May be 2 or 3 proper sized ones? Total up the seats available in the entire city of London and also Ahmedabad and you'll see the difference. London's top 6 stadiums have capacity of over 40,000 and Wembley is largest at 90,000. And yet, people from London never boast of living in a city that has the most number of stadiums and the most number of total stadium seats across the city.

It should be noted that race tracks are not considered stadiums. Their capacity is much larger. For instance, Indianapolis Motor Speedway seats 257,325
