I just don't get it... How is this *NOT* the main stream music of today? How is not everybody listening to this stuff? In the car, at work, in the shower, while chillin, while.... you know... All the time. This stuff is so insanely good, good gracious god.
I guess other people hear this as a bunch of repetitive noises. I think part of your brain that experiences emotions is on a higher level than the rest of today’s mainstream audience would be the best answer I have

I will always look at 2011 as my favorite era of EDM. I was going to festivals, and I liked the style back then way more than what EDM became. It started becoming way too “loud” and forgot about the build up. It was just about the drop. To me, the build-up, the flow, the melody was everything. Pull me in and make me feel the emotion! I didn’t realize that would be the peak back then. But the beauty is we can still listen to those songs and the ones by The Grand Sound. I’ve always wanted to see The Grand Sound at a festival. 😎

As a person who mainly listens to rock/metal, and one who has been recommended quite a lot of EDM but not enjoyed much of it, I think that this mix is filled with amazing music. Maybe progressive house is the EDM subgenre that stands out to me. Keep it up guys!

I always hear this playlist riding my long board along the beach, just before the sun rises, feeling the wind pass thru my body and becoming one with nature, with God. Then i stop to stare to the ocean while the sun rises and meditate in gratefulness for this opportunity to be alive in this world. Try this once in your life and you will not regret it, never use any drugs, you don`t need it! Peace And THANK YOU!

I would say the progressive house from 2000s is the best. I think it’s really called UK HARD HOUSE.
