They were pretty tough on Paul and challenging his answers a couple of times, yet for her when she said she would’ve said yes (which a lot of people seem skeptical about) they were so quick to believe her. It's so inappropriate in the year 2023 to pressures, and pry about people having a baby. So many woman miscarry, and we don't know if these couples are having fertility issues.
It also felt so insensitive to the past couples as well. I know that both the Hamiltons and the Barnetts have alluded to having fertility issues, and Vanessa has the nerve to go like "I'm counting on season 4 for the first LIB baby".
Completely agree. People would ask my husband and me about babies all the time while we struggled for years, and when we were lucky enough to get kids, people would then comment about how we had them late in our relationship, like f u you don't know what goes on in people's life and how there can be so many heartbreaks.

The couples could’ve just hosted the whole reunion by themselves instead. Vanessa was one sided when it comes to asking the questions that nobody asked for, she grilled questions to the wrong people in the cast, she never gave the same energy towards most of the cast (eg between Marshall and Jackie) and half of the time the casts had to always defend themselves or defend others, like Zack and Marshall, which brought us nothing.

I think they met twice. One was filmed and the other wasn't. Production didn't want that to be a big gap in the story, so they made Jackie and Josh meet on camera. Does that make sense? 😁 Marshall confirmed it wasn't on the same day.

@@wittysass3812 I think the general sentiment is just for people to finally stop acting like children is the main defining factor to finally make your marriage valid because those sort of questions still do get invasive even with family members and a 'I'd rather not say' isn't a guarantee to make them back off. I've seen many couples where each side of the in laws actually pressure one of them to divorce the other the moment they think they're either not having babies fast enough or may be infertile, regardless of the couple's actual thoughts and feelings in the matter not to mention infertility becoming real source of strain with in laws. End all be all, that info starts and stops with the people actually planning to have a child or not and whether they share that info or not should be voluntarily and not out of pestering from anyone. That comment may be hyperbolic but the sentiment's sound, we've grown past the need for having kids to be officially marked as a 'real family/marriage'.

I seriously could not handle the hosting of this reunion. Obviously a lot of things needed to be addressed but I don't think it was done fairly or effectively, or to the right people, because a whole year has passed. I'm not going to lie I haven't totally loved Nick and Vanessa as hosts, and this reunion solidified that feeling for me (especially concerning Vanessa), I'd love for them to switch things up going forward but doubt they will. This reunion made me appreciate Zack so much more. He’s a class act and a good friend. I think it was so nice that he stepped in when Vanessa was prodding Paul. I agree with Paul that Vanessa had a bias towards the girls. I think she took the “nurturing” comment personally but judging by Micah’s behavior, I’m not surprised that he said that. He probably meant he doesn’t see a good maturity level which is what I was saying all season in regards to Micah and probably made his question their future. But I also don’t think he was very good or comfortable communicating to her and vice versa. The people who did get married had clearly been working on communication. As far as Irina goes, I respect that she showed up. She wasn’t emotional at all. I believe zack when he said she was on the show for fame. I think she stayed as long as she did because she wanted the free trip to Mexico. But he’s a class act and handled that very well. You can tell he’s a good lawyer. Then Jackie…. It’s easy to make assumptions and accusations when you know the other person isn’t gonna be there. I’m gonna say one good thing about her and that I think josh and her are a good match, but with that I think when Marshall said his strong jaw joke, she used it as her way out of that relationship. Because aside from that, what did Marshall do to deserve her treatment of him? She treated him like crap from the beginning, but I respect that he, like Zack, kept things classy. But at the end of the day, Jackie has shown who she really is not just on the show but off the show. She’s an internet troll, she’s toxic and she has some antiquated views on love. (Would highly recommend people watch the couples do the truth or drink because Chelsea mentions that Jackie said some bs about how kwame wanting to 50/50 on bills which is a fair thing to say and seeing where they are living I would go 50/50.)

I believe Zach when he said that Micah never intended to marry Paul. I’ve always wondered if she and Irina had a conversation about it in Mexico. Irina was too comfortable flirting with Paul and letting Micah know she was interested. Irina seemed genuinely confused and taken aback when Micah confronted her when they met for drinks.
It was very underwhelming reunion they need professional host hope Cameron, and Lauren are the host next season of love is blind they will be able to fully understand, and navigate the complex structural maze of finding love blind because they have been such a success story.

The thing I'm most curious about is how Vanassa didn't understand what Paul said on how he didn't want to tell Micah to be more nurturing because he wants it to happen organically. I do agree with Paul that you shouldn't demand some characteristics from your partner because if they are the people pleaser type then there's potential of resenting you in the future. It’s the company that Micah keeps that paints her in a negative light. First she was best buddies with Irina, and we saw what was of her character. Then we meet her best friend who was intentionally rude to Paul because she didn’t think Paul was “it”for her. I personally didn’t realize she liked Paul that much until the wedding and the reunion. I think even Paul is a little taken back and confused by her reaction. I think she Micah needs to be her authentic self, drop the “Mean Girl” persona and friends.
If Jackie and Marshall did end things before she went to lunch with Josh then why did Marshall still go to the suit fitting and have to be told by Brett that Jackie didn’t go dress shopping? Why did she tell Marshall during their last convo together on camera that she was just with Josh and going to explore things and see where it goes? Like it’s not adding up for me
Vanessa was super annoying and did not ask anything we actually wanted to know. She didn’t confront any of the mean girl behavior. She talked over Nick and the cast numerous times. Not a fan. She seemed so out of touch from the normal viewer. Treating the cast like her little playthings for entertainment. I would love to see Lauren and Cameron be the new hosts they would have actual advice and understanding.
The whole baby line of questioning comes off not only as insensitive but also old fashioned. Assuming that kids are the next step for these couples is biased since some couples might choose not to start families, and that’s also a valid choice. It seemed like Vanessa was being hardest on the single people and/ or those who chose to end the relationships. I think she was harder on Paul than Micah because Paul said “no” at the altar and Micah is implying that she would’ve said yes. Since Jackie ended up with Josh, and they can be counted as another couple that came from the LIB experiment, Vanessa went easier on them. It’s super annoying that the questions are so biased toward a “happy couple” result at the end rather than people’s behavior and treatment of others.
Yes shame on Netflix for the delays and inability to handle a live show. As always with these reality shows its the controversy that keeps the viewers watching and it seems the producers stirred things up in the editing, showing problems where none existed. Especially with Kuame and Chelsea, a couple who looked happy together at the reunion , ut I was fully expecting Kuame to say No at the altar. My favourite couple are Zack and Bliss. I'm so glad he contacted her after his disaster with Irina.Bliss is a beautiful person inside and out. Zack told it like it was at reunion and exposed Micah for being economical with the truth about her intentions with Paul re marriage. Both Micah and Irina came across in the series as 'mean girls', and Paul made the right decision saying No to her.
The fact that Jackie treated Marshall the way she did on camera, yet “didn’t feel comfortable” coming tot he reunion is such a cop out. She was completely disrespectful to him for no apparent reasoning. And the fact that Vanessa didn’t grill her was very very telling.
The One reunion where most of the cast has actually tried to stay clear from the past drama. Vanessa and Nick were trying hard to stir stuff up but the married couples barely let them. Good for Micah for staying clear and protecting Kwame and Chelsea when asked about her reaction to Chelsea’s statement when walking down the dogs. Good for Zach for speaking his mind.

When they were showing the clips of the two girls being mean you could see Paul's reaction to the videos... Almost like the video confirmed his feelings about her lack of being nurturing or showing that she truly did love him.

I don’t believe Kwame. Maybe he and Chelsea are happy now, but Micah was his first choice in the pods. In the confessional, he basically said that Chelsea was fine but he wanted to propose to Micah, but he needed a little bit more validation from Micah before he would go through with the proposal. Instead of giving him that validation, Micah rejected Kwame. And then Kwame left awkwardly and cried. And no one asked him why he looked so uncomfortable at the wedding.
I never bought what to me seemed like a performance from him the whole time with Chelsea. Was definitely not expecting to see them together at the reunion, but still don't think it will last
Yes I really like Chelsea and she seems very composed and confident…but I think she is delusional. I don’t blame her she has good judgement but it’s hard to see what’s unfolding in front of you. I don’t mean that in a rude way and what do I know, I’m not them. But I just don’t see it. I feel like she is over compensating at times and carrying the relationship on her back.

It's so inappropriate in the year 2023 to pressures, and pry about people having a baby. So many woman miscarry, and we don't know if these couples are having fertility issues.
It also felt so insensitive to the past couples as well. I know that both the Hamiltons and the Barnetts have alluded to having fertility issues, and Vanessa has the nerve to go like "I'm counting on season 4 for the first LIB baby".
Completely agree. People would ask my husband and me about babies all the time while we struggled for years, and when we were lucky enough to get kids, people would then comment about how we had them late in our relationship, like f u you don't know what goes on in people's life and how there can be so many heartbreaks.

The couples could’ve just hosted the whole reunion by themselves instead. Vanessa was one sided when it comes to asking the questions that nobody asked for, she grilled questions to the wrong people in the cast, she never gave the same energy towards most of the cast (eg between Marshall and Jackie) and half of the time the casts had to always defend themselves or defend others, like Zack and Marshall, which brought us nothing.

I think they met twice. One was filmed and the other wasn't. Production didn't want that to be a big gap in the story, so they made Jackie and Josh meet on camera. Does that make sense? 😁 Marshall confirmed it wasn't on the same day.

I've seen many couples where each side of the in laws actually pressure one of them to divorce the other the moment they think they're either not having babies fast enough or may be infertile, regardless of the couple's actual thoughts and feelings in the matter not to mention infertility becoming real source of strain with in laws. End all be all, that info starts and stops with the people actually planning to have a child or not and whether they share that info or not should be voluntarily and not out of pestering from anyone. That comment may be hyperbolic but the sentiment's sound, we've grown past the need for having kids to be officially marked as a 'real family/marriage'.

Jackie calling Marshall gay was considered nothing compared to Marshall saying Jackie had a strong jawline. Vanessa biased as fuck, Paul getting shit when Micah was flakey. Zack and Bliss made my heart smile, they were fair and honest no clout chasing there. Zack and Bliss make me want to believe healthy relationships are possible.
Irina is a narcissist ain’t no other way to peg it. I think she came on the reunion to do damage control. Her apology was so half baked. All I heard was M3NT4L !SSU3S. I seriously could not handle the hosting of this reunion. Obviously a lot of things needed to be addressed but I don't think it was done fairly or effectively, or to the right people, because a whole year has passed. I'm not going to lie I haven't totally loved Nick and Vanessa as hosts, and this reunion solidified that feeling for me (especially concerning Vanessa), I'd love for them to switch things up going forward but doubt they will. This reunion made me appreciate Zack so much more. He’s a class act and a good friend. I think it was so nice that he stepped in when Vanessa was prodding Paul. I agree with Paul that Vanessa had a bias towards the girls. I think she took the “nurturing” comment personally but judging by Micah’s behavior, I’m not surprised that he said that. He probably meant he doesn’t see a good maturity level which is what I was saying all season in regards to Micah and probably made his question their future.
But I also don’t think he was very good or comfortable communicating to her and vice versa. The people who did get married had clearly been working on communication.
As far as Irina goes, I respect that she showed up. She wasn’t emotional at all. I believe zack when he said she was on the show for fame. Then Jackie…. It’s easy to make assumptions and accusations when you know the other person isn’t gonna be there. I’m gonna say one good thing about her and that I think josh and her are a good match, but with that I think when Marshall said his strong jaw joke, she used it as her way out of that relationship. Because aside from that, what did Marshall do to deserve her treatment of him? She treated him like crap from the beginning, but I respect that he, like Zack, kept things classy. But at the end of the day, Jackie has shown who she really is not just on the show but off the show. She’s an internet troll, she’s toxic and she has some antiquated views on love. (Would highly recommend people watch the couples do the truth or drink because Chelsea mentions that Jackie said some bs about how kwame wanting to 50/50 on bills which is a fair thing to say and seeing where they are living I would go 50/50.)

I believe Zach when he said that Micah never intended to marry Paul. I’ve always wondered if she and Irina had a conversation about it in Mexico. Irina was too comfortable flirting with Paul and letting Micah know she was interested. Irina seemed genuinely confused and taken aback when Micah confronted her when they met for drinks.
Micach was openly and unabashedly flirting with Kwame while this all was happening. Both of them where on demon time
It was very underwhelming reunion they need professional host hope Cameron, and Lauren are the host next season of love is blind they will be able to fully understand, and navigate the complex structural maze of finding love blind because they have been such a success story.
The Lachey’s have got to go. Vanessa can not interview to save her life. She oversteps everyone and doesn’t let them answer without interrupting. She also doesn’t know how to segway. It was just so awkward.
Only thing I was happy about was them questioning Paul for the buttslap. Everything else missed the mark.

The thing I'm most curious about is how Vanassa didn't understand what Paul said on how he didn't want to tell Micah to be more nurturing because he wants it to happen organically. I do agree with Paul that you shouldn't demand some characteristics from your partner because if they are the people pleaser type then there's potential of resenting you in the future. The fact that Paul had to explain that in depth was mind blowing. I wonder if that's a reflection of the lack of understanding Vanessa have of people or was she purposely dumbing down the conversation so all viewers at home can understand?...

I felt so bad for Paul. Phrases can be taken out of context but you feel and believe them in the moment
It’s the company that Micah keeps that paints her in a negative light. First she was best buddies with Irina, and we saw what was of her character. Then we meet her best friend who was intentionally rude to Paul because she didn’t think Paul was “it”for her. I personally didn’t realize she liked Paul that much until the wedding and the reunion. I think even Paul is a little taken back and confused by her reaction. I think she Micah needs to be her authentic self, drop the “Mean Girl” persona and friends.

If Jackie and Marshall did end things before she went to lunch with Josh then why did Marshall still go to the suit fitting and have to be told by Brett that Jackie didn’t go dress shopping? Why did she tell Marshall during their last convo together on camera that she was just with Josh and going to explore things and see where it goes? Like it’s not adding up for me
Vanessa was super annoying and did not ask anything we actually wanted to know. She didn’t confront any of the mean girl behavior. She talked over Nick and the cast numerous times. Not a fan. She seemed so out of touch from the normal viewer. Treating the cast like her little playthings for entertainment. I would love to see Lauren and Cameron be the new hosts they would have actual advice and understanding.
The whole baby line of questioning comes off not only as insensitive but also old fashioned. Assuming that kids are the next step for these couples is biased since some couples might choose not to start families, and that’s also a valid choice.
It seemed like Vanessa was being hardest on the single people and/ or those who chose to end the relationships. I think she was harder on Paul than Micah because Paul said “no” at the altar and Micah is implying that she would’ve said yes. Since Jackie ended up with Josh, and they can be counted as another couple that came from the LIB experiment, Vanessa went easier on them. It’s super annoying that the questions are so biased toward a “happy couple” result at the end rather than people’s behavior and treatment of others.
Bliss and Zach are perfect for each other. I love them.

Yes shame on Netflix for the delays and inability to handle a live show. As always with these reality shows its the controversy that keeps the viewers watching and it seems the producers stirred things up in the editing, showing problems where none existed. Especially with Kuame and Chelsea, a couple who looked happy together at the reunion , ut I was fully expecting Kuame to say No at the altar. My favourite couple are Zack and Bliss. I'm so glad he contacted her after his disaster with Irina.Bliss is a beautiful person inside and out. Zack told it like it was at reunion and exposed Micah for being economical with the truth about her intentions with Paul re marriage. Both Micah and Irina came across in the series as 'mean girls', and Paul made the right decision saying No to her.
The fact that Jackie treated Marshall the way she did on camera, yet “didn’t feel comfortable” coming tot he reunion is such a cop out. She was completely disrespectful to him for no apparent reasoning. And the fact that Vanessa didn’t grill her was very very telling.
Vanessa uses the baby crazy aunt role to hide her true intent of stirring up hurt feelings and instigating drama

The One reunion where most of the cast has actually tried to stay clear from the past drama. Vanessa and Nick were trying hard to stir stuff up but the married couples barely let them.
Good for Micah for staying clear and protecting Kwame and Chelsea when asked about her reaction to Chelsea’s statement when walking down the dogs. Good for Zach for speaking his mind.

I don’t believe Kwame. Maybe he and Chelsea are happy now, but Micah was his first choice in the pods. In the confessional, he basically said that Chelsea was fine but he wanted to propose to Micah, but he needed a little bit more validation from Micah before he would go through with the proposal. Instead of giving him that validation, Micah rejected Kwame. And then Kwame left awkwardly and cried. And no one asked him why he looked so uncomfortable at the wedding.
I never bought what to me seemed like a performance from him the whole time with Chelsea. Was definitely not expecting to see them together at the reunion, but still don't think it will last
Yes I really like Chelsea and she seems very composed and confident…but I think she is delusional. I don’t blame her she has good judgement but it’s hard to see what’s unfolding in front of you. I don’t mean that in a rude way and what do I know, I’m not them. But I just don’t see it. I feel like she is over compensating at times and carrying the relationship on her back.
