It's just a 3/4 beat (1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3), and you change whether or not you hit A on the 3 or not. So it shifts between 1, 2, rest, 1, 2, rest (normal rhythm) and 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 ("fast" rhythm). So hopefully someone gets some help out of that.

The rap men vocalize it as Fo-o-sho, but it’s harder to hear when the player’s rapper is speaking, and MC adore only does two syllables, so the blank syllable between the two of them and the inconsistency between the characters throws players off.
