A few things of note: The Ice-cream truck and other Cellphone cars CAN be used in the vanilla game if you get 100% which gives access to the All Vehicles cheat which lets you press L or R when in a phone booth to access a menu that lets you drive any vehicle including a few unused or mission NPC only ones along with any of the level specific secret vehicles as well which is why you can see Homer in level 1 driving the Monster Truck from Level 5 through the RV park in the game demo. Also the ghost children voices that were played can be heard when standing around the playground near the Simpsons house or the School.
Can't forget about the (thankfully) cut timer from the level 5 mission Kwik Cash that had you try to destroy the armored truck within 3 minutes using the Bandit
Those Lisa lines are totally used, I swear I’ve heard them, maybe they’re just from an episode, or maybe they’re reused from Road Rage and I heard them there.

i still own ps2 and ps2 version of game and to this day base ps2 has never had issues and never overheated and not been cleaned for 10 year or more unlike ps4 i got which just loves to over heat and not play for long for games it seems. point is older consoles was built more like tanks it seems
Fun fact; the red brick car also exists as a cheat code in crash tag team racing too, a game also made by radical using the same game engine, they used this engine and improved it as they made newer games, even crash of the titans and mind over mutant uses the shar engine.

Actually, those ghost voices were actually used in the playgrounds if you’re gonna idle there or not, it’s really creepy knowing that the camera rotates 15° angle and zoom in closer to the ground on your bottom screen can also hear Lisa’s and Bart’s voice
the two lisa ones get played all the time when i drive her car around with her in it. soo.,.....like her two "unused voice lines" are literally two of her most used voice lines in the whole game when you play as her lmao. she'll kick someone and say those lines.

At 20:30, I think these lines can be heard in the school playground? I'm unsure though, it's been a while. They might just be similar. Some of the unused lines were definitely used though, the Lisa lines especially. All the same, really interesting video!!
There has weirdly been a massive influx of Hit & Run content. I welcome it, the more eyes on this game again the higher chances of a remaster. But I doubt it since this game is tied up in a whole web of legal stuff.
I'm pretty sure Lisa's unused voice lines can be heard when you play as her and get/almost get hit buy a story mission car hard to do but if you fuck about enough it should be able to be done

cut content could been due to lack of space at time/era and they didnt want to upset people maybe i assume also for some of content but some of cut content is pretty dope like ghost bullys sound which was never added because might scare kids maybe.
