Arming groups and Individual is a good idea.Anyways earlier Bharat had Varanaashrama system(by and large) in which one group used to bear arms.Now anyways that system has broken down.So better everybody discover their Kshatriyata to defend themselves.It will take time but that is the direction we are headed😢
