They had the same mentality as CANELO. In addition, HAGLER (R.I.P.) and WARD were boxers who didn't leave any stone unturned. In other words, both made sure that mentally and physically were ready for battle. CANELO has that old-school mentality, attitude, and approach.
I have always respected Canelo. He’s a very good fighter, my only disappointment with him is his refusal to fight David Benavidez. I think he would provide an excellent challenge for Canelo’s abilities, but I have a sneaky suspicion that we will never see that fight.
