If I were king of a city, I would demand concrete paving, especially on residential streets. Nothing gives a street character quite like wide parkways planted with deciduous trees, and concrete paving. It gives a sense of the passage of time when there is patching done like this.
😮unlike Tampa they dont fix streets here i've been on the same street 45 years they've thrown blobs of asphalt in pot holes and have done 0 to fix or repave . Only one streetlight in 2 blocks and it's been broken for 4 years .
Living in California, where ever that place is wasting taxpayers money they should block the streets send down a grinding machine and been done with it , but the operator is damn good

Here in Canada our roads have super thick rebared concrete with a thick layer of asphalt on it

Used tiltrotators on a jcb js360 it killed the hydraulic oil consumption badly when removed the tiltroator used less hydraulic oil ,great video
