Passenger Paramvir Paramvir Bhai, my great grandparents came from Jamburi in Cutch, Gujarat. I’ve tried to look for it on google map but I’ve found only Jambur. This place Jambur, is it in Cutch? What part of Gujarat is it in? Are the non Sidi people also living in Jambur, because my family is not Sidi, but Cutchi (Gujarati dialect) speaking Indian.
I hope one day to come to India and trace my roots.

After the Khilafat movement in the 1920s, the Muslim states wanted to build majority Muslim strongholds in order to build a caliphate in india. Because the Turkey caliphate was defeated in the WWI.
They started converting Dalits and brought in Muslims from Africa. For elections purposes as well as making a stand if need be. But they lost. So these people were disposed and abandoned by their people after independence.

These were Muslims brought into the country in the 1900s to built a majority Muslim states. Same happened with Hyderabad’s nizam. He even converted many Dalits to build his numbers. But Sardar Patel didn’t stand for any of it.

Yeah very good country. Indian people are not racist towards the Africans at all. There is literally no discrimination based on caste, colour, rich and poors and so on. Really amazing to find an African community in India. The village is neat and clean.
Should do a videos of Indians who live in Africa. Also Africans been going to India from ancient time. Since time of KUSH (son of HAM). KUSH generation brought civilization to India. That's why that western part of India is called Hindu KUSH. a lot of Indian cities of CUSHetic names such as Jammu (also have Jammu in Ethiopia). CUSH HAD A HUGE INFLUENCE IN INDIA. CHECK OUT THE KOSALA/KOSHALA/KUSHala kingdom. SHIVA/Shewa/Sheba is Ethiopian. NANDI is reverend in east Africa and in India. Nagas (indian) and NEGUS (ethiopian). Raj (Indian for prince) and RAS (Ethiopian for prince). You have a branch of the KUSH empire in India called the KUSHan kingdom. RAMAH (son of Ham) and Rama (india). Usually places are named after the ancestral leaders and the name founder of the kingdom (which is usually derived from the ruling paternal or maternal lineage). It's no coincidence that Indian kingdoms and territories have sooo many name similarities to east Africa kingdoms/empire of CUSH/KUSH. The list of connections goes on and on. KERU (city in East Africa/Eritrea) and KURU (region in india). MAGADALA (region in ethiopia) and MAGADA (kingdom/region in india). Like I said thus is no coincidence. East Africa (predominantly kingdom/empire of KUSH was civilized before other countries, they brought civilization to India, thus Hindu/Indus KUSH valley civilization in west India.

Dear Paramvir:
I saw your video about the Siddi tribe in Jambur village, near Junagadh in Gujarat.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching it, and I also appreciate the fantastic work you’re doing.
I would like to narrate my personal experience with one such person. This was in the summer of 1978, probably in the month of May, in Bangalore.
There were sports camps for the selected probables of the Indian Universities Basketball and Volleyball teams. There must have easily been about 40+ persons in the camps, living in the hostel there which was attached to the stadium where we trained. I was in the Basketball camp. Among the Volleyball probables was a very strongly built guy named Badshah. He was clearly of African lineage, though at that time, though I did not know that he was a Siddi. I had not even known about the existence of such a tribe in India.
Badshah was a very friendly person, who could speak a bit of broken Hindi, though he spoke Gujarati very well. And surprisingly, he could hardly speak English. So, he used to spent the free time mainly with a couple of guys from Gujarat, Jitu Sisodia and Harpal Chudasama from Bhavnagar, and me (Ashwin Doshi) also a Gujarati from Bombay, and all three of us were in the Basketball Camp.
Badshah had a fantastic sense of humour, and used to joke around with everyone at the meal tables. He seemed to have a humorous comment for every occasion. I think he could have easily been a stand-up comedian, with his great sense of of humour and timing. He was easily the most popular among all the basketball and volleyball players. I can also vouch for the fact that he was a very good volleyball player, as I had seen him during their training sessions and practice matches.
In your video there was a mention of the strong physique of the Siddi people, and how they could excel at sports, given the proper infrastructure and facilities. I immediately recalled Badshah while watching your video, even though it was about 45 years back.
I wonder if any one of your fans / friends from the Siddi people know of Badshah. Many years back, on making enquiries, I was told that Badshah is not more, but I am not too sure about this.
More strength to you, Paramvir, and continue doing your great work. You are a fantastic ambassador for humanity.
Cheers!

Amazingly simple and smart kids. Thanks
Really glad that I watched this video.
Never knew there was a community like this in India.
Just that they look a bit different.. but they are Indians.
I really hope that they get to live a good life.
I really hope they get to represent India at different levels in future and more and more people get to know them. 👍🙏🤞
Onviously they look different bcause they are mixed race black/indian, thats why all mixed race people worldwide look different, there are even light skin indians, white/indian mix but end of the day mixed race are all one just hv different dkin shades, different hair textures etc
Yes I am glad too I am in Jamaica and it's the same way the Indians and Africans had integrated
Am from Uganda and proud to see these brothers and sisters of our. May Allah provide for you.

Not many people know - Siddi's have a big role in foundation of Maratha Empire. Let me explain, Malik Ambar, a great Siddi military leader gained power as a prime minister of Ahmednagar sultanate. He resisted influence of Mughals in Deccan and succeeded using guerilla military tactics. Many Maratha sardars such as Lakhuji Jadhavrao, Maloji Bhosale, Shahaji Bhosale, Ranoji Wable, etc. worked hand-in-hand with Malik Ambar in this pursuit. Shahaji Bhosale, father of Shivaji Maharaj, passed down military tactics to Maratha sardars that helped in defeating and reducing Mughal dynasty to just a title in Delhi. Malik Ambar was a brave and extremely intelligent leader. Siddi people and generals helped carving new identity of deccan and Maharashtra. Thank you for your contributions!

Give them football training to this community kids because they have great stamina. Indian footballers have no stamina
Really, today I knew that Africans are also a part of this diversified and united country.
Africa is the origin for the all continents, and this the absolute truth,,,,,lekin india me kuch 'videshi' angrejo ki asli aulad ya najayaz aulade bramin Jo ki India ko fir se batne ki koshish me hain.
Africa is not the part of anyone, everyone, even whole worlds origin belong to Africa.
@@rahulsk007 you are very right and thats why every part of this world u go you will find africans were there . They are the first people and every race came from them and this is the truth though many tend to hide this .
@@rahulsk007 pehli bat toh ye ham angrej ke purvaj hai dusri bat hum bhartiya hindi bolted hai tum chutiyo ki bhaanti Urdu nahi bolte 😎hum hai indians air tum hamare naukar
