I wouldn’t mind having that 3% out so we can work on the criminals we have here. Living in Minneapolis, MN I am very aware of the crime in my city, state and what’s going on in other cities. We have to slow down more people coming in to allow us to rebuild this country that’s starting to collapse. I’m all for helping others, but let’s help ours first. I work 2 with side hustles, take care of my kids and others kids and I cannot get any sort of help. But if I was poor or an immigrant I would get support that is needed. I see something so very wrong with that. We need to fix our country and support the middle class/ working class.

A visa for work, education, or travel (not a pathway for citizenship) 2. Political asylum, which has stringent qualifications 3. The applicant has higher education and/or skills that the US needs, has no criminal background, and the means to support themselves That's it. The US is not obligated to accept people fleeing a bad economy, or whatever other sob story they have. The US isn't even obligated to admit anyone in the 3 aforementioned categories either. Even those can be denied on a case-by-case basis. The words written on the Statue of Liberty aren't law. That's merely idealism written by a French man.

The current administration should be charged with deliberately not protecting OUR borders and endangering us with foreign invaders . Try crossing into Mexico illegally and see where that gets you !
