With 7 Guinness World Records and 3 Limca Book of Records title, the most asked question to me by youngsters is how to learn book spinning.
So with my experience, I have recorded this tutorial video for you where i show you step by step things to keep in mind to learn book spinning.

I still remember I was in class 6 where my frnd just spin the book with hand ...where we used to spin thin making a hole and then with a pen😅 then he spinned with one or two approx ..then I watched him then I also started ...while studying everytime I used to practice.finally in class 8 came when I am eligible to spin as long as I can ...now I m in 10 ..and I spinned the book copy writing pad ..even my lablet as long as I want ....my mother scolded me many a times ..still I found ur vdo now ...I thought people didn't want to do this kind of stuffs but after seeing ur vdo I am thinking wah I have really learnt a good thing ....feel better that's why I shared 🥺😀💫

Bhai mein ne abhi abhi (aj hi) practice karna start ki hai, ap mojhay bata saktay hein k mein kitnay time tak roz ki roz practice karo aur mein ye kab tak sekh jayo ga aur mein kis finger par spin karo "Index or Middle finger" aur mein kis hand pa spin karo "left aur right"? Spin seekhne ke liye apko daily practice krni padegi . Ap start kro daily 5 min se. Fir dheere dheere time increase kro.
Finger i would suggest, index finger : kyunki middle finger mei uncomfortable ho jata hai agar long duration ke liye spin krna hai to.
Hand(right/left) koi sa bhi ho jo apko habit ho. Mei righty hu to right hand se spin krta hu.
Consistently practice krke ap acha spin krna seekh skte ho.

Mei khud se hi seekh gya tha. Starting mei 5 sec ghumti thi fir gir jati thi, with more practice, time improve hua dheere dheere. Ap bhi practice kro ek month se pehle seekh jaoge agar daily practice kroge.
Ek baar 20, 25 seconds ghuma loge to khud confidence aajayega and fir time improve ho jayega. Aim for short time pehle.

Bhai...finger bhi matter krta hai kya..middle finger use kar skta hun?
Bhai agar apko sirf seekhna hai to it can be middle or fore finger but agar longer duration ke liye spin krna hai to middle finger pe jyada base acha banta hai.
Waise jb ap seekh jaoge to apko middle finger ka benefit over fore finger apne ap pta chal jayega.
Sir aapka kitna samay laga ultra pro banne mai
Umm, exact time to ni pta but 3-4 months mei acha ho gya tha.
Fir world record ke liye prepare krna start kiya tb to daily kafi practice krta tha.
Apko aata hai spin krna ya seekh rhe ho?

Hii, I have a question. Should we practice spinning notebook on our left hand finger or right hand finger?
It depends on you brother. If you are comfortable with left you can spit it on left hand otherwise right hand.

Index finger se bs ye advantage hota hai jb hum jyada der tk spin krte hai tab hme feel hota hai ki hum apni fingers close kr skte hai jo ki middle finger se krte hue difficult lagta hai. Agar apko bhi aisa feel ho tb apko pta chalega difference.

Sir* i have a problem when i manage it to balance ⚖️ then i try to increase its speed by matching my finger round speed to that of book but it always felling or just launching in air ( pls tell me how i increase its speed i have seen ur whole vid but i can't understand that speed increasing part )
Pranshul speed increase tb hogi jb apko ache se spin krni ajayegi. Instead of speed pehle hme focus der tak ghumane pr krna hoga. Fir dheere dheere speed apne aap increase kr paoge.

For spinning a writing pad, the points would be same. The only difference is that the writing pad would be lighter in weight which might fall after seconds due to Weight . So continue with a bit more weight book/notebook. Which might help.

a) No, mine is not the current world record.
Not sure about who broke it and their timing, but you can check it on Guinness website.
b) You have to spin the latest edition of book in your attempt.
If it's 2023 you have to use 2023 edition book and so on.

Yes, you can use it. If its slipping, pls start with slow spin practice. Eventually, it will not slip while spinning.
Bro on which side its easier to rotate left or right
Bhai side doesn't matter. Ap comfortable kis hand se spin krne mei ho wo check kro. Mostly log righty hote hai to right hand se spin krte hai. Agar ap lefty ho and left hand se spin kr lete ho easily to no issues. Kisi bhi haath se spin kro at the end see your comfort level with that hand.

I am best in notebook spinning I can spin More than 5-6 minutes in speed while changing finger I can revolve with my thumb also I can rotate my pillow 😊😊😃😃😃😃

Muje middle finger thoda comfortable lagta hai book spin ke liye but aap first finger use karte ho to Kya mai bhi first finger se pratice karun
Hello, even i found middle finger more comfortable as it generally has little more surface area than our index finger. But when i started practicing for longer time i noticed it is bit difficult to fold your other fingers while spinning on middle finger.
When spinning on index finger i was able to fold my other fingers easily for longer period of time (giving rest to my other fingers when i folded them) . If that's happening with you then you can chose which finger to spin on.

Sir , is it recommended to put baby powder on my finger to reduce sweat and make the finger dry before we attempt the record ?
You earlier said that if we minimise sweat on our finger , we can bear the burning sensation when we spin the book
Yes you can use powder on your finger. But it should not be from a point of view that it is helping you to spin book for more time. Use little powder for your finger and then attempt the record. Dont do it in your record attempt video. Do it before you start recording your video for the attempt.
