I've been trying to use this feature but I find it so hit and miss, if the contrast is low it shows out of focus, the areas in focus are not very visible over the other coloured blocks, while it looks so super cool, I find focus peaking more useful in practice (though also not perfect).
It is a bit misleading. It does not work with manual lenses, or via any adaptor. It only works with af lenses, therefore this feature IMO is overrated.
