I love these videos. They're motivational. Informative. But most importantly, at least to me, it shows that it's possible to make great music if you have the passion and drive. Jon's a musician's musician. I think this guy doing what he's doing will lead to more kids chasing music careers for the right reasons and not just the money and fame.
