I figured out, Xiaomi spends more time developing in system launcher because they earn money from it(from ads) and that's why they don't want to develop poco launcher (no money)
i think xiaomi has nothing to do with poco launcher, its on poco team

I tried pixel exp plus, corvus os and lowering firmware as well but still isn't working

i got a softbrick on my poco f1 and i only can boot via miui 9 android 8.1 and when flash any custom rom it goes to fastboot with no recovery or os so i flash miui 9 again what should i do please reply

you need to follow the video, and maybe provide full information that you have TWRP installed
If u don't remove MIUI account and when u go back to MIUI base rom it will ask u mi account password

@@user-ti5fd3gs8zi think he said if you are on lower builds than 11.09 ..you have to clear data.....and if you are on 11.09...you just have to follow the steps he has shown...
@@DIY_Foodie i think it is not, when ur downloading a full rom to flash it, it is like flashing costum rom, like when u fail powering miui12 u go back for miui9 for ex (if u have the full rom on pc) by flashing it after deleting ur own system
@@user-ti5fd3gs8z Bro....he flashed miui 12 while clearing Dalvik and cache...as he was on 11.09... if you are lower than 11.09 you have to advance wipe - dalvik, cache, system, vendor, data
