I tried this! Super aagi banthu. I powdered and added black pepper, dried garlic and corriander seeds for an extra flavor.

Perfect recipe! Thanks for sharing. I increased the quantity proportionately and it turned out perfect. I agree with the tip of not adding heated oil. Just oil or ghee at room temperature goes best. I did not roast the groundnuts to remove the husk. Instead I just used raw peanuts with the skin on and there was no difference in looks or taste. Please try you will not be disappointed. Thanks again for the perfect recipe and steps. Well done!

The best thing is the small tips she incorporates in her recipe. Eg: kaalu saaru, less garlic.

Hi vaishnavi.. .the nippat tasted very amazing but it was not crispy... I deep fried for long time as u said , the colour n taste was similar like shop's but not crispy at all
i think the dough was soft make the dough little hard then fry in medium low heat
