- Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) are collaborated in all organizations but they are different from each other the difference is that quality assurance activities are proactive and intended to prevent the production of defected products. Quality control activities are reactive as it intended to detect and block defected products using inspection and testing mechanisms.
