There were very few people over 40 years old, failing to value experience over youthful enthusiasm. Suggestion to overcome this oversight: In today's cultural understanding of the importance of inclusivity and representation, please consider choosing visual examples that demonstrate women leading the conversation, not just always men, and include people of a broader age range. At the end of the day, how we represent gender and age in the workplace matters as it sends a message about who does what, who is more important and can reinforce gender stereotypes and ageism. Interesting observation. I’ve been an electronics tech for my first 3 years after undergrad school, then moved to QC inspector now for 5 years at two different companies. It is definitely a female dominated area. It’s not a good thing or a bad thing. Both females and males can be hard to work with if their ego and pride is weird and take everything personal. Btw, in this work sector, working with women over 40 years old is a nightmare.
