It might be in forza where you spawn at houses or something. Maybe you will have to go to hoses or other places to customize them

I heard another youtuber say that it's because house can be a depreciating asset aswelll as an increasing asset therefore its to dificult to make it like that in the game

That wouldn’t make sense because the cars already get depreciated after 10 minutes of buying it and i dont see why they wouldnt do that with houses
