Awesome rope belt, can also use cloth like silk, cotton, polyester for a sash, scarf and my favorite head scarf/bandana 😎

Super versatile right? Chain knots are excellent, lots of types and practical uses. 😁

Thanks! I love knots and thought this was an area of rope dart that doesn't get much attention.

Yes, my apologies, not the best demo of how to get there.
If it helps, written instruction would be:
      "X on Back Technique"
      1. Swing the dart in front of your body to the side opposite your anchor hand.
      2. Let the dart swing back again and guide it behind your back while positioning rope onto shoulder/neck.
      3. Catch rope with anchor hand as it swings behind your anchor side hip and let the dart swing back the way it came again (still behind you).
      4. Catch the rope with your non-anchor hand on your non-anchor side and pass the rope into your anchor hand in front of your body (so you're now holding two separate bits of rope in your anchor hand).
      5. Toss the dart under your non-anchor armpit so it travels upward behind your back and lands up on your anchor shoulder (be careful!).
      6. You can now throw it by lifting the dart and moving it behind your head to the opposite shoulder and throwing like in the video, or continue to the harness by detaching your anchor from your wrist and following knot steps.
      Hope this helps!

Try doing the "X on back" but have the whole thing very high on your chest. Basically in line with your armpits.
You can also try the chain waist belt with longer (and fewer) links to maximise your length.
      Hope this helps!

Interesting. In competition at ICMAC, I used an Illusionist empty Knot. (it's based on a Dragon wrap with a gauntlet wrapped stacked on it) I demonstrate it here if you're interetsted: instagram.com/p/BE_ysqoGO7M/?taken-by=sterling_fire
