Being an Irish Catholic (originally from Rural Ireland) but living in the U.K. myself, I’ve only just discovered the Sisters in the post-Covid era and I’m also aware that there is a big Irish community in Boston - we Irish are at a difficult stage in our country’s history and we need all the prayers we can get - I’m aware of the work of Fr Casey Cole, so I do like what the Sisters are doing here 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪❤️

What do you have to do to become a nun
-Be Catholic.
-Be single without significant debt or responsibilities to other people. (A lot of charities exist to help with this bit if you've got student loans, etc).
-contact the convent you're interested in and see if they have a "come and see" weekend coming up. That's when they open the convent up specifically for women who are interested in joining their community and becoming a nun. These nuns are the Daughters of St Paul. Other communities include the Sisters of Life, and the Nashville Dominicans. Visit different communities and figure out if you're called to join one. :)
