Blackened chicken is amazing. There’s a place in Boston that makes amazing blackened chicken. Took a hot date there once and ordered it. Summertime. Irish/italian, high love for spice but low tolerance. I ended up profusely sweating and runny nose all up in there. So fire tho.

Made these today They were not bad. 3 mins to a side is too much. flip about 2 min 15 seconds or so. Also seasoning mix was missing something. I might add a tablespoon of a season salt or an all spice. And by the way I sneazed twice
I Make some mistakes but came out great. Mainly, that I used strips like a stir fry cut, cooked so quick, burnt it slightly, hard to tell when u wanna let it blacken. Other mistake I made was using a “Cajun mix” bc I ran out of paprika. I think there was salt in it, I should’ve skipped the tps salt with that came out salty. But still the flavors are incredible, I just need to dial it in next time

Not gone lie jst came across yo air fryer video with da lemon pepper wings n was like lemme check em dese also look nice but I personally feel like if u dnt try em on camera letting us see u eat at least one n enjoy den it dnt count can’t really take ya word if u not even eating where we can see no shade jst saying

If you make in the air fryer what's the temp and time to use?
make it in air fyer if you like dry chicken lol
380f for 12 minutes, flip halfway through. They won't be as crispy but every but as moist and flavorful.
