  • Ingredients for Shahi Mushroom (2 Servings):
    For Shahi Masala (Use ONLY 1 tsp):
    1. Cinnamon Sticks - 2
    2. Black Cardamom - 1
    3. Cloves - 5 to 6
    4. Star Anise - 4 to 5 fragments
    5. Nutmeg - ¼
    6. Green Cardamom - 1 to 2
    7. Mace - a few
    8. Black Peppercorns - 1 tbsp
    9. Small Cumin Seeds (Shahi Zeera) - 1 tsp
    10. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
    For Gravy:
    1. Button Mushrooms - 200 gms, diced
    2. Capsicum - ½
    3. Green Chilies - 2, sliced
    4. Bay leaf - 1
    5. Onion - 2, medium, sliced
    6. Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
    7. Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
    8. Coriander Powder - ½ tsp
    9. Tomato - 1 medium-sized, sliced
    10. Salt - 1 tsp or as per your taste
    11. Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    12. Red Chili Powder - ¼ tsp or as per your taste
    13. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - ¼ tsp or as per your choice
    14. Cashew Nuts - 3 to 4, pre-soaked
    15. Almonds - 3 to 4, pre-soaked and peeled
    16. Melon Seeds - 1 tbsp, pre-soaked
    17. Coriander Leaves - a few, chopped
    18. Ghee - 1 tsp or Unsalted Butter - 1-inch cube
    19. Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
    20. Sugar - 1 tsp or as per your taste
    21. Water - a little
    22. Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
