Present process: So the requestor need to create a agreement saying "IT department" is laying cable so please approve the aggreement by downloading and signing the agreement. And in turn respective departments will sign and send back in email signed and approved. Both the initiator of the agreement and overall management should know the agreement present status and agreement pending with whom. Please advice needed to go with zoga contracts or sign

Hi Lior, if my I ask what system do you use for the automation that pull the information from the CRM and fill up everything to the contract?
You can use zoho crm deluge and zoho flow to automate the processes

What version do you have to get to be able to send contracts?
