Not a giants fan but I actually agree. Devito is improving a lot (I like watching him because he’s a great underdog story) and DJ has shown he has some talent. This QB class is HUGE so I feel like you guys can probably land the top OT since your next 4 are probably not all wins realistically. You guys have the eagles… twice I think right? But I feel like you for sure take a developed OT 1st round and a big deep threat who has the size to also set up blocks like Johnny Wilson in the 2nd or 3rd round. If a a somewhat okay QB like Devin Leary is on the board still then take him as a late round pick to let him develop and have a backup for Devito if Jones gets hurt. You’ve already got so much on Jones for 2024 you need to ride it out another year and build up that line for your next franchise QB if Jones can’t get it together next season and Devito isn’t continuously improving at the rate he has been

DeVito has like a 95 rating and 7 TD passes in 4 starts. I want him to ball out. I don’t want to hear anything about tanking. There are a billion of 1st round bust QB. It doesn’t guarantee you are getting a star. Look at Brock Purdy and Trey Lance.

To be fair, Trey Lance got very unlucky. Dude did not get a fair chance. Backup once got hurt after his first real prepared start and never saw the field again. Can’t really blame the guy

That throw at 3:47 was one of the most beautiful deep passes I’ve seen this season by a QB in a collapsing pocket situation. Hyatt didn’t even have to do much it fell right over his shoulder

You guys have to start Jones for at least another year either way because he has like 23 mil guaranteed next year and no one is going to take that contract for him with the QB talent in this class. If Devito is looking good through the season you should just build up your O-line and draft a QB in 2025 so that whoever starts in two years can have a pocket that lasts for more than a half second

Great win. Here's what has to bee fix for next week & the rest of this season. Defense has to be call way better. NE ran the same damage play every time and the defenses didn't stop it. The run defenses has to shut it down. The qb needs to use our TE more.
