Deco Mesh Wreath - Cruffle Method / Made with a 14" Dollar Tree Wreath Frame

This video completes two of the wreath bases from the 7 Bases video. These are the cruffle method bases. The 10' mesh base has a tropical theme and a beautiful, easy bow. The 5.5" mesh base is heavy on florals and uses perfectly coordinated ribbons.
