E rank did unlock more seeds and animals for the farm for me. I try and head back to sleep just before midnight otherwise you don't get a full stamina bat the next day for staying up late. Not sure if a skill allows to negate this later but I normally always run out of stamina trying to do all the things. Thanks

Did you forget about the ghost in the cemetery at night? I remembered watching your early access ☺️ I don't know if things have changed but it dropped items when it flew off pass you

The cemetery isn't open yet. The giant tree roots to the left of the forest need to go. I think that happens after the wind or water giant is freed.

Not sure if t will help but in display did you try turning down settings, maybe all but specifically shadows, foliage, textures, plants, view distance, and render scale? Also if vsynce and anti aliasing are on maybe turn them off too?
