Turn up colour saturation on ur TV or monitor if you don't have a pc

Also, to add to this. Make sure your games brightness isn't set to 100% that'll make it look washed out. Make sure when in the brightness settings on MW2, where the image shows "not visible" that you actually can't read it and where it says "barely visible" make sure to set it just slightly higher than where you can't read it. Hope this makes sense!
