When I watch videos like the one above, I don't shake my head and criticize with no solution, I do see the potential but I also understand the challenge that has beset my country of birth since her inception, Ayiti did not bring herself to this point on her own, she had help, and unfortunately she did not have visionary leaders who understood what being a country with such an illustrious history means, and sold her out; however, the appointed time has come for Ayiti to make that turn around, and believe me it will not be the dominicans or any other who will "turn that into a tourism machine". And as far as tourism, I think we would have to table that kind of talk for now, a "booming" tourism is not always in the best interest of the country being visited, good day to you.
