Great episode! I keep hearing from all the MSU media that we are worried about the half court offense. Am I the only one seeing it differently? Last years half court offense was the most stagnant MSU offense I have ever seen. This years ball movement is already better. They are able to play inside out when Kohler is in the game. There are more 3 point threats. Jace and Fiddler can breakdown their defender and score on on one. I also believe there is going to be more offensive rebounds leading to more second chance points.
Hopefully you are right! I definitely don't think that they will have more OREB by subtracting Hall and adding Zapala, but maybe having more three-point threats outweighs them not having enough guys that can score off the dribble? We will see. Thank for watching! -Justin
I think Zapala Mady Cooper are all a wash for OREB. Where I see the increase in OREB is Akins out rebounding walker at the 2, Fiddler out rebounding Akins at the 3 last year. The height Booker making a difference and I do believe if we see Kohler being the best offensive rebounder that we have had in the last two years. I’m not saying a dramatic jump but I expect 2-3 more offensive rebounds a game.
I am not going to disagree about it being a bad look haha For those that missed it, his younger son took a visit to Michigan, and Jason was wearing a Michigan jacket for the photoshoot. Obviously he couldn’t & shouldn’t have worn anything pro-MSU, but a plain black shirt (and politely, jokingly rejecting to put on the jacket) would have been the common sense move. Very surprising indeed.
Well done guys! I was listening but not watching the podcast. Wasn't sure what the comment about Jason Richardson was about?
Scrap the question about J.R. Justin answered it in his reply.

Jason Richardson is an embarrassment to the organization. What happened to the program I love
