- You have damaged the battery for no reason, there are strips that you can push in order to remove the battery without damage! - You never use transparent glue on black frames because it will get white and noticeable, there is black glue called T-7000 that should be used there. - You have to clamp the screen right away in order to make it flat on the frame otherwise it'll look terrible with gaps, mainly on the sides. And if you do it latter the glue will harden and you'll not be able to do a proper job. - That double sided tape is terrible to hold the back lid, your client will return back saying it game out. And you have b-7000 you could have used it since you don't have a proper double sided tape... - The xacto knife leave marks on the frame, you should use plastic cards instead. If you own a repair store at least search online for help don't try to do it yourself, you are inventing the wheel for no reason
