He seem to be a beautiful person inside and out! I loved him in Being Mary Jane! After watching this show he's up there on my list of people to watch/follow/support. My thoughts are the same on the type of roles that are winning the rewards. I've voice my opinion on the matter in many comments. That's the light they want to shine on us. It's a shame black kids only get to see themselves being played as thugs, slaves, drug dealers, drug users, or in dirt poor struggling families. It sends a messages of no hope and depression. However, Empire which I love, has some of the same things but with money. I see no good role models in this film either. But it's so good!!
