beautiful. gonna try. we too have fermented fish in Bangladesh but we don't make chutney out of it rather make a bhuna curry or cook it with veggies. In Bangla it's called shutki and hutki in my local dialect. I'm gonna try the chutney thing too.
Can we cook this with dry bambo shoot or normal 1 ???

i just had some snacks but still feeling hungry after watching this..yum yum..😋..it will be more flavorful if you add 'naga ginger'..i think you will find naga ginger only in Nagaland..though it is from the ginger family, it is smaller and different from the regular ginger...it has a strong flavor and taste..i haven't seen 'naga ginger' in other states of north east
We get in Arunachal Pradesh as well . We call it 'kekir' its just like ginger but very spicy and more Fragrant
@@Poohvlogs that's great..it goes well with chutneys too..gooseberries , tree tomato with raja mircha etc. but the best combination is with boiled chicken..it tastes great even if you don't add garlic and tomatoes...only chilli, naga ginger and chicken tht's all one needs to make a stellar boiled chicken dish...if the murgi is ghar ka(free range) then it will be more tastier😉😊
