I love all disney movies. This doll was inspired from old disney animated movie Fantasia from 1940s. This is my new project with the working title dream deer. I wanted her to look sleepy and innocent with pinky-purple and turquoise elements. I originally wanted to make pigment spots on it, which I didn't quite succeed in, but I'm satisfied with the result. 🌟 Utterly enchanting! She is feminine and delicately graceful, magical yet powerfully equine! The entire vignette makes me feel as though I was walking through the woods, stopped to tie my shoe, and saw a hole in the side of a great oak tree. I moved closer and peeked into the hole and saw her in her enfolded realm, enjoying her commune with all nature. What a joy filled treat! She's perfect in every way. Thank you for sharing her with me. ❤❤❤

Lol I was gonna say so beautiful, but the hoofs are giving me the hibi gibis cuz they are broken, hoofs don't bend that way 💕

What a stunning creation. I love how much care you put into posing the horse/doe part of her body. Getting it to sit in such a sweet style while looking natural is super difficult and you pulled it off flawlessly.

I think the only thing that's a bit of a shame is that she doesn't have deer hooves considering she's deer based, but that's a nitpick - she's lovely. The colors are absolutely stunning too!
I love seeing dolls getting customized but it still hurts me to see how much some destroy them for their vision. Its gorgeous and worth it but it still hurts.

I didn't read all the comments to know if anyone else mention it, but for a doe shouldn't the hoofs be split, but it is fantasy, so anything possible, but other than that your work is beautiful, great job...

What do you think of doing an ancient forest Elk, a combination of the Elk and nature spirit from Fantasia II Firebird suite? That will always remain my favorite piece in Fantasia!

So beautiful! I love it, but I think it would have been so much better if you would have based the color pallet off a white tail dear fawn or doe. More like The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe vibe it's absolutely stunning though. !

I have a question: I saw you removing the hind legs and disassemble the front legs, would you have been able to reattach them and still have the points of articulation work? If yes, how did you detach them?
I'm planning to customise an Avea Trotter doll to make a centaur character, but want to keep the poseability; I'm also planning to modify the colour of her coat and I could do a much more thorough job if I can disassemble the pieces, so any advice you can give me would be great. Thank you (^.^)
🌟 Oh, I almost forgot, since you love beautiful fantasy art so much, maybe you would enjoy the paintings of Asian artist, Kinuko Craft and Celtic artist, Josephine Wall. American illustrator Lauren Mills paints lovely Scandinavian fantasy as well as making dolls. My favorite story of hers is. "Tatterhood and the Hobgoblins." Goodnight!❤

Fantasia has some really beautiful visuals. The awful awful portrayal of the Black characters is a shame though and definitely ruins the movie for me. I would like to see those characters re-imagined in a kind way instead of a hateful one.
