Simply soft fluffy chocolaty cupcakes

Ingredients-
3 Tbsp - Cocoa powder
1/2 cup - Hot water
55 gm- Butter
6 Tbsp- Sugar
1 Tsp- Vanilla essence
1 large - Egg
8 Tbsp- Flour
1/4 Tsp- Salt
1 1/2 Tsp - Baking powder
30gm- Chocolate chips
Method:
in a bowl, mix cocoa powder and hot water till smooth. Set aside. Cool at room temperature
cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence, egg and mix well.
sift together flour, salt and baking powder and add to the butter sugar mix.
add cocoa water to it next
mix and whisk all together.
fold in chocolate chips
bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins (time varies depending on the oven size)
