Nascar 1999 Rendition(Work in progress vid #3) with Dosbox-Rendition and RReady Rendition Verité @4k

Nascar 1999 with full graphics running at 4k with Dosbox-Rendition and RReady.
There is still a stability issue after a car crash. All the DMA stability problems stem from the game needing the framerate to be capped into a certain range. It doesn't like it going higher or lower. In fact that's true of nearly all Speedy3D games with the exception of Whiplash and Rebel Moon which handle 60 fps just fine. Actual Rendition boards also had issues with fast CPUs (I think).
I need to come with a more permanent solution to the DMA speed problem.
