I'm 5'1", work from home, and heavily game, and chairs are such a pain because I almost always have to sit forward to bend my knees. I'm seriously considering buying one of these.
If you’re using your chair for long periods, personally I would look into a more ergonomic option from Herman Miller. They’re expensive, but built like tanks and they prioritise being effective for posture, rather than looking cool in a stream. The warranty on Herman Miller is hard to beat too.
I’m 5 feet (152cm) and I bought the California recently (special black color variant). I’m loving it, these are all glorious: the neck pillow, 3D arms, and the solid build quality. It only has 2 issues that if fixed (maybe in the next iteration) that will make it even more perfect for someone sized 4’9” to 5’2”. 1) Foot still doesn’t reach floor. From the bend in my knee to the bottom of the foot, it’s ~38cm. My foot is still ~2 inches off the floor. (You can solve this by wearing heels or using a footrest and raising the chair.) 2) The lumbar pillow is too thick for the spine of someone at around 5 feet. Comparing to other models, the size of the pillow is exactly the same as larger AKRacing chairs. Either don’t use the lumbar pillow (which I do) or get a really thin & small one that fits your needs. (Note: I thought the 18 degree tilting mechanism was broken even after loosening it. It turns out, at 62 kg, I was too light to trigger it without brakes. It finally worked when I engaged the brakes on the caster wheels.)
The comfort and fit is glorious. (For those that need to cross their legs: even with 33 BMI I can sit cross-legged (for a short time - the raised leather at the side can push in the angles) or sit for longer crossing only one leg to fit.)
Ended up buying the California chair. I'm 5ft 6in. and feels good but I would say it's probably perfrect for those who are 5ft 1in to 5ft 5in. Definitely a great chair for us shorter folks. Quality is really good also very happy with the quality. Chair riser and recliner also are top notch quality. Great chair!
Just tried it Pax East and picked one up for 25% off. Fits me at 5'6" 175 better than any of the other chairs there. Just have to wait 6 weeks till it arrives :/
She has great knowledge, but imperial on industry standards is a no go. If you keep Imperial, at least update the site, so both measuring systems are available.
Hi I’m in the market for a good chair. I use it for multipurpose gaming/crafting/sawing/office etc the thing is that I am 4”8’ :) yes I’m a grown mama of 3 hehe but my family is all short and so am I :) however I am not skinny nor too heavy but I do have many health issues including bad and operated back and knees. I wonder if the smallest chair will be comfortable for my body type :)
Alex here: I would look into office chairs if I were you. Herman Miller etc makes fantastic quality chairs that eclipse anything that these silly gaming chairs can offer. Additionally Herman Miller chairs are designed with posture in mind so will be much better for your back. They’re expensive, but 100% worth the cost as ultimately your back will cost you a lot more.

will this chair improve my kd?
Love their racing seats. I will buy one of these chairs in the same size as my racing seat.
I could not wait to have this chair. Its my only hope in getting a decent chair since I am also a short person 🙏

Why, oh, why are things for small people in pastel colors? Targeting women with "women's colors"? Demeaning. I'd prefer black to be completely honest.
what’s the name of the smallest one?
How about a design that doesnt look like a 4 year olds drawing
I just go tthe MAX and posted a video merry christmas
so nothing new
Judgemental chairs
