I’ve always loved picking up a bass from time to time and have been thinking about picking it up for the longest time. Would love to invest in one of these!
Yas!!!! I see Ryan Martinie I click!!! Thanks Fodera!! 26 frets just like the Thumb! Ryan is my All time favorite!! So is this going to be a less priced RM signature!?!?🙏🙏🙏 OMG that’s what it sounds like!! Now hopefully I can finally have my favorite bass players signature! Thank you Fodera!! This must have been the little secret you guys were talking about last time ❤️💪
I appreciate Ryan's enthusiasm music and instrument building. While I don't think I will have the pleasure of owning a "Blondie" I do agree that a player's bond to an instrument goes below the surface of the instrument. It's more of a friendship and clearly Ryan's found that here.
- Bass Community: "Warwick stole the Spector design! These evil capitalists! *whine*" - Also Bass Community: "Ryan goes to Fedora to recreate what is essentially a Warwick Thumb with a different body shape to avoid a law suit! *Cheer!*" Make up your minds people! It's the same double standard as when John Mayer went to PRS to "steal" the Stratocaster design.
They are talking about cheap, but the cheapest Fodera basses are ranging between 5k-6k... How tf is that cheap? Edit: and it doesn't even sound as good as the Warwick, what is this crap?
Spoiler alert these dudes are selling a $7,000 bass in a depression economy. For those who don’t follow markets too closely, have fun with the surprise you’re going to get in the coming 2 years 😆 Fodera would have been wiser to aim for volume sales rather than boutique products in the new economy

Two episodes with Ryan but we still don't know how the bass sounds like or what Ryan played
Right! And you see Ryan in a drakglass video for the exponent 500. So what's the hold up
Check the which bass channel, they have uploaded a vid talking about ryan's gear and tone

lmao I cracked up at 0:39
I thought i was the only one lmaoooo😭
How did Ryan get a F#0 tuning with a .130 gauge string? Added mass in the bridge?
We need to hear Ryan playing this for 5mins.
I want this in a fretless… beautiful!!
I’ve always loved picking up a bass from time to time and have been thinking about picking it up for the longest time.

Sounds great, if only we could see it

Also, I would love to hear him play Not Falling @7:34

Black one looks bad ass. I wish he’d played a little bit
why ryan refusing to play his new bass ? literally no idea what these things sound like - kinda hard to get excited about

Looks stunning, but what does it sound like?…….
A fodera
sound really expensives to me
magnifico.
3:52 - what is the gesture Mike Bendy is doing??? 😆
I can tell this bass will be his number 1
How do I go about reaching out to Ryan himself?? I have no way of contacting him, and I'd love to talk to him about music ideas. 🤘🤘
DISCLAIMER: No sound demo in this video.
Wow~
8:40 He did indeed have a number of 'funky' Thumbs
A 17 minutes video and we do not get to hear how the bass sounds one tiny second. YOU HAD ONE JOB, GUYS!
You can hear some of its tone in the newest STG music!
LOVE him giving props to Anthony Jackson...
dose he actually play the low F#?
Crazy that $12000usd is affordable for Fodera. Although I would love to try out an Anothy Jackson model someday and those are around $35000.
i played an AJ once, it was ok, really nice actually, but anyone who pays 35000 for it is a lunatic
you would think they would take a really popular bassist to sell them....wont sell much
This standard one is 6700. Still not cheap but nearly half the cost.
10k deposit jesus christ man...
that's vehicle prices
Man, i rly want one, deapite the tone of it, everything els is buitufly made, butiful, sadly i aint git 11k lying aroud 😅😅 yet, i dont have 11k yet.
This dude doesnt hes fuckin 46 47 years old!?!?! Wtf??!?!?! He looks 25
he looks 40
One would think at those prices that they'd put a finish on the body.
Fordera Dingggg
Крутой чувак ✊
The concern about cost regarding a signature model may be why he left Warwick
really? his fodera bass is way more expensive

most bass players don't even know about any of this
6 grand woooo still steep for my pockets
Wadera
I love Ryan, but repeatedly talking about an affordable bass that still has air conditioning and independent suspension at $6700 is HILARIOUS.
They are talking about cheap, but the cheapest Fodera basses are ranging between 5k-6k... How tf is that cheap?

No thanks
Haha nobody is going to buy this.
Definitely not better than his Warwick Thumbs
