Small correction; according to the wiki Krtek only has a 13.8% chance to spawn in *any* raid, and he will spawn in one of those 2 areas. You'd be fighting him a lot more often if there was a 15% chance of him spawning in either location no matter what, and likely a bug where you'd roll a double Krtek

im not sure if this was mentioned i think krtek may have been buffed with better health if you can, shoot his legs (this can apply to the rest of his goons, i killed one with a makarov) as they aren't protected or if you have godlike aim try to get him through the eyeholes through his mask
Another tip i recommend: Only peek your head!!! the ai in this game doesn't allow headshots to be made, so only peeking your head makes it easy to kill them risk-free! just a thought haha
If your unkitted and find kyrtec sewers say goodnight and run If you find him 3rd floor congrats for free kyrtec as long as no full kits come by Run into red room to the hall near garage and into the small room with the bars you can see through then wait for about a minute or two to see if anyone tries to fight kyrtec if their unkitted they won’t win if that doesn’t happen after the time or if it does and their dead then get a guard to get too close get near the door wrap your gun around so it’s out the bars while being held and shoot their weak point that being face if unmasked or thigh/neck if masked Grab their gun without leaving and keep fighting until their all dead If you got no gun try to pick pocket one when it gets close enough and use their pistol to kill them and take their better gun with several extra mags If it’s just kyrtec that agros and follow then your cooked if your unarmed Unless you got an unarmed friend If he’s outside he can find a gun and fight kyrtec and you can escape with kyrtec distracted If he is also trapped don’t worry see which one of you he is agroed on by moving to the far side and see if he turns/ walks to you Whoever he’s agroed on needs to get as close to the garage wall aka the one farthest from the door and press against the bars the other person needs to walk out for a seconds and walk back in immediately if kyrtec doesn’t look or shoot at them then they need to make a run for it while the first person stays exactly where they are then that person can get a gun with enough ammo shoot kyrtec and run then he will follow and you can also escape grab a gun the person can try to sneak past kyrtec to be closer to same room shoot again and run in now having a gun Also if you were unarmed or don’t have enough bullets to kill kyrtec in the same only he followed situation as long as you didn’t shoot him you can wait it out and he will most likely just leave but if you have a pistol in that situation DO NOT SHOOT HIM or he will wait in the room forever unless shot by a different person
Note I didn’t make it clear but do into small room in larger room that’s barred off kyrtec and his goons will not shoot the bars and won’t enter the door ever

Hey here’s something I’ve come across today I had the skull for matka loot room put the skull on the body and the door never opened all match any idea why?
Does ‘Keyes have a 15% chance to spawn and THEN a 50% chance to spawn in either of the boss rooms, or does Karten have a 15% chance to spawn in either room which adds up to a 30% chance?
I believe it's 15% then it's 50/50 for the room. If it was 15 and 15 he could potentially spawn in both locations which hasn't happened to my knowledge

I also recommend trying t fight him first in training so there’s no risk and you can practice killing him

Yes, I think they buffed him this latest wipe but I'm not sure I haven't played much

The spawn rate is 15% so roughly 1 in 6 raids
Let me tell you a story of how I killed him and his goonies with nothing but 8 level 1 frags in sewers in sewers and had 3 to spare
