Thanks for taking the time to demonstrate your way, because most things can be done differently depending on the type of job. Videos can almost as good as field trips for new learners. 👍
I wish this company did lol we use the same gasketing for every job. Cost efficient in bulk. I would like to do a video on different duct gasketing/sealants, but getting all together is a pain lol
When you put little bits on the corner like i showed it compresses into the other sides corners when you bolt it together. But yes you can gasket the other sides corners if you're having problems with leaks. Mine never leaks so this is what i showed. I personally prefer the bunny ear trick on the corners but like i said in the video they now say that's wrong.
All thread and unistrut normally (all thread down, and unistrut under the duct.), or if its a drop i have ran the all thread down through the bolt holes. Just make sure to use nuts on the bolt holes if you do your drops that way.
Use ductsealer on the corners, high pressure system over time will spit bubble gum out of the TDF corners. But I give you an A+ for continuing around the TDF flange and not folding the gasket in the corners. I loose my sh*t when I see guys do that in the field. Not bad. Well done. 🔧

U suppose to putty the other side corners or it leaves gaps

What diffrent between tdc and tdf
The rolled end of the flange on the duct. Tdc ends roll inwards, and tdf rolls outward.
You forgot to stagger bruh
And his tools all over the place. lol
What you use to hang those ducts?
