How to connect a second PS5 controller

The easiest way to connect a second PS5 controller to a PS5 is to connect it just like the first one.
Connect it with a cable and press the Playstation button.
If you don’t have a cable, you can hold the Playstation button and the one from the upper left, then go with the working controller to settings, accessories, bluetooth accesories and select your second controller.
That’s it.

Make sure that the controller is flashing like in the video and not pulsing.

When I activate one of the controllers the other one shuts down and when I activate it again the other one stops working :/ how can I make both controls active at once? (Want to play 2 players with 2 controllers) the assistance option isn't it since then the other controller just assists :( any advice?

I have PS5 with 2 controllers. No problem with the connection - main controller and assist controller, both of them works in the menu. When I try to play game in multiplayer/split screen it is impossible. The menu wants to reconnect or doesn't allow multiplayer, differs by the game. The only way is to connect the second controller as a guest or another account, different from the main account. Why does it happen?

Cuz you have to have a different account for each screen (or a guest)
