Those are people who don't know or understand what work is. This video by Pascal is a great presentation of what a little thinking and effort can do.
I didn't down vote it but several improvements can be made. Editing. This should have been a one minute video. He shows everything but the business end that pushes the tire over the rim. Music too action packed, come on, he's changing a tire. The HF tire changer is a POS. But it does hold the rim securely. Only real mods you need is to bolt it down on a concrete floor, grind the flat end of the red long bar to make it smoother and use the flat end to put that last tire section over the rim just like how you did it with tire spoons or long screwdrivers. Oh yeah,weld reinforcement on the bead breaker or it will bend.

J'ai la même machine et il me faut ton amélioration aussi c'est le must ,je préfère travailler avec une machine nickel comme la tienne qu'avec une machine pneumatique a 1500e ,on est encore plus satisfait et réjoui de se monter ses pneu soi même lol
si tu sais souder il n'y à rien de bien compliquer à fabriquer...

I agree! Make 10 and you will see, everyone will buy one, then get 100 made. Patent it before the Chinese steal your design!

It looks like the tire isn't being pushed down into the drop center so it would go on even easier.

The bead seater or 'duck foot ' needs more details.
Also when you set the bead, get a clip on air chuck and stand clear of the rim. Sometimes they blow.
Dave M Yep, when I was mechanic, there was a kid working in a service station across town. Apparently the wheel he was mounting had a hairline crack in the bead area of the rim. He was leaning over it and when the bead seated, it came apart and decapitated him.

I don't know HOW you got that 55 series sidewall to flex that much and flip over the wheel ... I have a set of 55 series and could not get that sidewall to flex enough to flip over, i had to pay a shop $20 to mount my tires ..
I get to 9:40 and the tire won't budge anymore.. I'm 6'3" 250 lbs and cant pull or push enough to get that sidewall to flex and flip over the wheel ...

You should make a drawing of that and sell it on Ebay. I know I would buy it. I have the skills to make that, but maybe not to design it. Then all I need is to know where to get that knuckle casting from.

The video says Homemade tire machine. The machine looks like a harber freight machine with a couple "Homemade" mods added. I like the drop arm concept with the nylon duck mount/demount head. I intend on making the same sort of mod to mine.

That's not a home made head. You bought the head off ebay and made the attachment
