WOW Julie.... congratulations on your upcoming FlossTube Anniversary. I love all your projects especially the kitty and the seashell, and the cottage. You're doing an amazing job on the roof.
Thank you so much!I think how I'm going to 'tackle' the roof this week is, 1 thread of roof, and some fill in of the house, 1 thread, fill in. It's the only way I think. I am really enjoying the stitching games that I am following along with right now, it is helping me stay motivated on working on multiple projects. Thanks for watching, sparkle n Shine ✨️ Julie
Congratulations on your 6th flossaniversary 🎉🎉 love your progress on your wips and the games (of course , I invited them 😂😂). It is fun you will play along with us , it is always nice when you can stitch together than alone. Happy stitching ❤❤
Any time! We need to come together and support each other, not compare ourselves and compete against each other. Thanks for watching! Sparkle n Shine ✨️ Julie
Hi!! Great video! I especially love the Kitty and seashell. The mirabilia looks like it would be amazing when it is finished but I can understand the frustrations on it. I do have a Stitching Channel (Stitching in Chaos) but I wasn't able to stitch consistently due to life being crazy. It's so much more fun doing videos with Terry. Happy 6 years!! 🐝Linda
Thank you so much! I am looking forward to working on Savannah in a different way, I did restart her. Mini Beginner Seashell will be fantastic when it will be done, and I understand about filming with friends. It makes it more fun. I love that you get together once a week with Terry. Thanks for watching. Sparkle n Shine ✨️ Julie
Hi Julie ! You are doing fantastic progress on Watching the World go By. It's a gorgeous color piece! good on you for sticking with the games... I stitch what I want when I want but I do get indecisive sometimes with all the projects to choose from. Progress is progress, as you say.
Happy upcoming Flossaversary! I have floss on cardboard, on bobbins, and in floss-a way bags. Some projects it is just the skein of floss. So long as it's the right color and in with the right project. You're doing wonderful with the different games. I need to branch out to do more prompts and games. Have a great week and happy stitching.
I like the way you improvise with your floss cards on cardboard. I like to do the same, but on cards I received for Bdays, etc. You are very ambitious with your stitching challenges and games. To me, just keeping it simple and trying to rotate my WIPs (while documenting everything in Lori’s Cross Stitching Planner) is challenging enough! For your Mira with the large white dress, you need to ask yourself these questions: do you have a habit of quitting your stitching projects that cause you frustration? Can you see yourself continuing to work on a fabric you don’t feel comfortable with? I stick to Aida for any really challenging projects, but usually try to keep the stitching count higher such as 18, 20, 22! As long as it is simple and still over one instead of two I am good to go! Good luck with whatever decision you make. Cheers.
Thanks for such a great reply and thanks for the anniversary wishes! I still like the fabric for the Mira, it's just the past stitches I'm frustrated with. I may remeasure and cut off the bottom to see if i can still use the fabric. I'm trying to get more out of my projects because i feel like I start something, and then leave it, this way, I'm actively working on all my full coverages even if it's only for a little while. Thanks for watching! Sparkle n Shine ✨️ Julie
I myself would restart your Mirabilla on the fabric you really like because that is a Huge dress and it is going to take enough time to do it so why not use the fabric you love :)
I think I'm going to remeasure, maybe dye it (I know the weave of the fabric may be tighter), and start over. It's not the fabric necessarily, it's the previous stitching that has been completed. Thanks for subscribing!

At least this way, I'm may be making small progress on lots of things, but, everything I'm working on is making progress. Thanks for watching!
