Use markers to precisely place elements into your project

Timeline markers and clip markers serve 2 useful functions. They allow you to notate places in your project. And they provide snap-to lines for placement of elements in your timeline. A nice tutorial on markers, I use them all the time. I normally have two cameras recording my motorcycle rides and the markers are invaluable to align the footage.
