    This traditional chicken chops is one of my favorite's. We all grew up having this almost every week, and especially when we would be just getting over any fever. The beautiful blend of peppery, coconutty flavor of this chicken curry is enough to bring back any lost appetite and taste buds after any kind of illness! The beauty of this recipe is that it can be adapted to be a dry or gravy based chicken dish. The gravy will turn out to be super creamy and thick . I can vouch for this, as my people literally drink this gravy! This recipe has been handed over down the generations, and my whole family is an expert in this. But I still say, the original which my grandmother makes is the best! When we go to her house in Mysore for the vacations, we wake up in the morning to the beautiful aroma of the pepper chicken chops and we just dive in and gorge on it with soft idli.
