Ohhhhhhh.!! I’m new to this so I was always confused as to why bleaching the knots was necessary and now I see😭😭. Bleaching makes a HUGE difference.

I prefer the bleached knots because it makes the knots look more natural and believable instead of not having them bleached.

What a great comparison video! I really want to try the bleach method but I'm really nervous. Hair is expensive and I don't want to mess it up. Maybe I'll try on one of the cheap wig first.

omg thank you so much for showing the differences. I started hating lace front wigs because I hated the knots. It drove me crazy and I was upset because I would spend so much money. Now I know I have to bleach the knots. Thanks for sharing!

I'm sure she was gifted this wig as a review or something. A lot of RUclipsrs receive the wigs from the company's because they want them to keep making videos which lead to customers. Many people can't afford these wigs. Don't feel bad.
Neither can I. One late night I was going through one of my MANY hair crisis. Mind you, I have never worn a wig at this point. I bought some CHEAP Brazilian bundles (w| closure) from Amazon and made the wig myself by watching tutorials. That wig still hanging in there and looks GOOD ! Cost me a whole $60.00. These wig prices can pay one of my bills 🤣🤣🤣 lol (but seriously)

Wow I'm usually not a fan of bleaching knots because it weakens the integrity of the hair but I will now have to reconsider this. thanks :-)
Is that true I want to get my hair made into the wig but I don’t want to ruin my 7x7 closure especially how it was so expensive
@@maiah4644 bleach strips hair of natural defenses, and hair that is no longer receiving sebum from a follicle is even more vulnerable. Makeup does a great job in concealing the knots in my opinion. With how expensive these wigs and closures are I would air on the side of caution conservatism and not use the bleach. But of course it is a personal preference.

This was just the video I needed. I did a big chop and I’m starting to wear lace wigs. I installed my first one but was scared to bleach my knots so this will work until I get the courage. 😅

Can you still bleach the knots after you cut the lace ? I got to too excited and cut the lace off and powders are just now cutting it for me. It's a full lace wig
