  • In this week’s edition of The Middle East Report, join Simon Barrett as he interviews Sisters Thekla and Glory from the Evangelical Sisterhood of Mary. They will be discussing their remarkable ministry of repentance and reconciliation towards the Jewish people.
We will be talking about the history of the Evangelical Sisterhood of Mary and their visionary founder Mother Basilea Schlink, who as a young woman in Germany, defied the Nazi regime by not complying with their racists and anti-Semitics edicts. During the Second World War in Germany, she was a missionary preaching about the importance and significance of the Jewish people to God and was interrogated twice by the Gestapo.
Nine years after the end of the Second War World the Lord gave her a ministry of repentance and reconciliation for crimes of genocide against the Jewish people by the Nazis. Her love and devotion to holocaust survivors and helping to develop strong German - Israeli relations.
Watch and find out what the Ministry of the Evangelical Sisters of Mary are doing for Israel and the Jewish in Britain today.

The very existence of Israel is like a resurrection from the dead. May God bless those that bless you.
