osu is not really an aim trainer either, it does however teach you some mouse control. its 2d and you are aiming with a cursor, you could learn mouse control AND improve your actual aim with a proper aim trainer e.g. kovaaks etc

tenya FC means full combo which means you didn’t miss or slider break and HR means hard rock which is a modification that you can put on that makes maps harder

effect is playing these jump training maps because if he plays a normal like 6 star map, the circles are close together in normal osu so there's no really point of warming up with osu for overwatch. But since he's a dps player he needs the tracking for tracer,sombra,mcree,etc

Effect was a music major in South Korea before going pro in Overwatch. So his rhythmic skills combined with his aim skills from Overwatch, you can kind of expect him to play well in Osu :p

Honestly its no surprise that effect is good at osu. Its the fact that osu can help with mouse accuracy especially in fps games where you need to have precision (and to be able to rub more than 2 brain cells) to win

You can do it, but the most common playstyle is using a mouse or graphics tablet to move the cursor and the keyboard to click

place your cursor at the middle of the screen.
move your mouse to any direction. the cursor will move to that direction too.
then, without moving the cursor, turn your mouse on your mousepad like 90° or 180°.
now move your mouse back to where it was. you'll notice your cursor is nowhere where it should've been.
