I was placed on PIP Aug 15 23 based on work not assigned. I asked for deficiencies in order to respond appropriately. Crickets and asked for PIP to be recinded. I have 30 day meeting Monday and I still have not signed PIP. Waiting for response.

I have another question that might help us, what about when an employer accuses the employee of misconduct and violating policy after protected activity and it can be proven that the employee engaged in protected activity prior to the employers accusations. The employer is using the misconduct as a non discriminatory reason for termination
Being that EEOC are neutral what Law enforcement agency should you contact when people follow, monitor, and stalk you after the employer have been notified that you've filled a compliant? People who are always in vehicles with dark tinted windows who drive aggressively up on your bumper, circle you when your sitting in a parking lot and pull off, people who pull off real fast when you come out of a building and possibly have a tracker on the car because these dark tinted windows vehicles show up everywhere you go?
Should I put exhibits in to my complaint? Or let my facts stand alone ofcourse I have the email exhibit to back it up but feel my facts are truth and Judge should take them as such.
Yes. I want to know that as well, or does it reveal your evidence to early to the Agency. Despite, why does the opposing counsel still move to dismiss?
Just want let everyone know my manager was glowing along side with the business partner so hoping I can get out of his face. He is a second generation South Asian and I am so Asian he probably just can't wait for my old self to get out of there.
I got a write-up, was pressured to immediately sign and return it. I went to HR to ask questions about the write-up and if I could have more time to understand it, they said yes. I wrote my comments and signed. Now they are after me, trying to get me because they heard that I spoke about it to colleagues and damaged my boss' reputation. Any advice?
I had several write ups and I signed and wrote that it is signed under protest meaning I don’t agree with the contents written. I would write a grievance against the employer but it would be ignored and never investigated on my behalf. My Question is was this fair and legal. We were union and I was informed by our business agent that they don’t do investigations.
Question….. if you bring a BS claim to the judge while he’s going over motion for summary judgment, does he or she get mad at the defendant for not settling this case earlier
Is it ok to write on a write up….I acknowledge in receiving this write up. but do not agree with it? That way it can’t be use against you in the event of possibly having sue later
Could you do a reaction to a recent popular case, similar to the video you recently did on the Fox News/ CNN lawsuit? In Jennifer Harris v fedex she won the largest award at trial and thus recently made history. Fo her to win at a trial what happened to the likely forced arbitration she may have had to sign to begin her employment? If going to trial seems to be the step many employment attorneys DON’T usually want to take (due to many possible variables/ risk of losing) than what happened in her case that made it worth going to trial?
If you do get written up and you write up is false, misleading and the person is misusing their office what is preventing a Plaintiff from suing them on a personal basis? not on a company basis? Example: name the defendant as Mr Smith and not "Company Name"? Maybe deformation.....

Only proper response is refusal to agree or sign, followed by immediately looking for a new job

After reading the last one, I had ZERO thought before deciding NOT to sign it.

What if your manager just hands you the write up,asks you to sign it when you can,and walked away,without explaining anything
What to do if the Agency deleted all their"damaging" emails. Or the Agency deleted all of there records due to statue of limitations.
Overall, what makes judges upset?
