I feel the reason HI3rd is not having it's collab on the Star Rail side, is because they'd need to hire English voice actors for the collab, because HI3rd lacks an English voice acting dub. So, they cannot recycle English language VA roles that did not exist before. While on the HI3rd side, they can reuse voice acting roles from Star Rail because Star Rail has both Japanese and Chinese dubs to reuse voice actors for. And reusing existing VAs for other characters on the English dub for HI3rd characters next, would mean you might get characters that sound the same. Like, in the English dub of Star Rail, in Penacony, I think there's a generic NPC that sounds like I think Black Swan. I don't know for sure if the two are voiceacted by the same person, but they sound so similar. We don't want that to happen again. But it's a shame HI3rd is not appearing in Star Rail. I'm curious what would HI3rd characters sound like in English. Like Kiana, though, canonically, Kiana is stuck sleeping for some reason in main story Part 2, I dunno why, I haven't been fully caught up on Part 2

It wouldn't make sense to rerun the first part of the arc without rerunning the second part after when the event that serves as the first part ends off on unfinished business for the magical girl bubble world to have a happy conclusion. Apparently though, they still haven't corrected the typos in the text on screen in some cutscenes. Despite running it for the second time. I honestly was not expecting a Captainverse event rerun after Captainverse ended on a Jojo reference
