At 64, 8 years in a tourist town has been an education. Something definitely kicks in at around 70 and progresses rapidly from there. Thankfully, I still have my hearing but that seems to be the first to go - not looking forward to any of it
Eat properly, stay hydrated and exercise intelligently. Muscle grows at the same rate at 88 as 18. Fitness is the fountain of youth. I would love to be wrong, and everything i just wrote to you, suck, and is hard, but there it is. Oh, and ignore other people's versions of aging. And never blame anything on aging. View it as a symptom to be dealt with. If time were the culprit, then active 100 year olds would not exist. Do NOT copy your peers. Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha I moved to Preston Victoria approximately 30 years ago . The home owners and neighbours around were on a fast out train of life ending. Gosh there were some Characters. One I wont forget ,,over my fence I spoke too and visited. Honestly the voice an Australian Cookatoo talking. Cookatoos still come to their space even though they both dead now. They planted a Walnut Tree, now 70 yrs old . Brings Cookatoo sometimes 3 or 4 or 6 I hope more. I am not going to be an Old Cookatoo .
